Refund policy
All ticket sales for Wine Up & Talk are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed in the event that the organizers cancel the event. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for inability to attend due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or other reasons beyond our control. We kindly encourage guests to confirm their availability before purchasing tickets. Should the event be canceled, all ticket holders will be notified promptly, and full refunds will be issued.
Transport information
Transport to and from the farm venue will be available at a fixed price for the convenience of our guests. Details regarding pickup points, times, and cost will be shared closer to the event date. We highly encourage attendees to make use of this service for a safe and seamless experience.
