Terms and Conditions for The Good Will Foundation "Win A Car" Competition.
1. The promoter of this competition is The Good Will Foundation and the competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its related companies, agencies, and participating stores or outlets.
2. To enter, participants must donate by Purchasing at ticket at Computicket or any Shoprite Checkers Store Nation Wide. Participant will be required to send information including name, Ticket Code,address using their person cellphone number. One entry is allowed per person.
3. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, and will be notified by phone or email within 8 days of the competition closing date.
4. The winner will receive one Brand New GWM P-Series Double Cab valued at R500.000.00. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
6. The promoter will cover the cost of delivery of the car to the winner's chosen address, within South Africa.
7. The competition opens on 15 April 2023 and closes at 1 December 2023. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
8. The promoter reserves the right to amend, vary, or cancel these terms and conditions or the competition at any time, without notice. In the event of any dispute, the promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
