The event organizers are not liable or responsible for facilitating ticket upgrades or exchanges. Guests may independently sell or transfer their General Access ticket to another attendee and then purchase a new ticket in their preferred category (VIP or Table Booking), subject to availability and applicable pricing. Downgrades are not permitted once a VIP or Table Booking ticket has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged or converted to a lower-tier ticket such as General Access
