And I declare that I am participating in the Wellness Walk Against Cancer entirely at my own risk even if I have not read this disclaimer and someone has entered on my behalf. If the event/ walk should be cancelled owing to circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, no refund will be granted. Note: Consult a medical practitioner before engaging in any physical activity.
No person under 18 years of age may participate in this event without written consent from their guardian. By entering participants should ensure they have consent from parents/guardians.
Minors: Persons signing this entry form as guardian of a minor hereby consent to such minor being bound by the aforementioned parties to the extent. If any, to which such minor is not capable of waiving his/her rights as stipulated above.
Children from 6 years & under enter for free of charge. Tickets are sold at R100 for children between 7 to 12 years old for the walk.
Cancellation and refunds: Registration for the Wellness Walk Against Cancer is binding and entry fees are non-refundable. All entry fees include 15% VAT.
General Information:
Walk numbers should be pinned on the front of your walk shirts.
Regret no Cyclists participant can be accommodate on this route No Blade or other mechanical devices allowed.
Littering is not allowed. Walkers are to dispose of any litter in appropriate bins and can be disqualified if they litter.
Fun run/ walk open to all age groups. Athletes/walkers are not allowed to participate with pets.
The walk organiser retains the right to refuse entry and reject persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who are disorderly, or engage in inappropriate behavior, vandalism or evade paying for admission.
Cut-off time for event is 17h00.
