Tickets are sold via Computicket or authorized platforms only.
Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organizer.
Proof of purchase must be presented upon entry.

Tickets are non-refundable, except where the Event is cancelled by the organizer.
If the Event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
In the event of cancellation, refund arrangements (if any) will be communicated via the ticketing platform.

Adjust the programme due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.
Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk.
Any physical activities are voluntary.
Attendees are responsible for managing their own health conditions, allergies, dietary needs, and medication.
Always consult a qualified professional before making health or lifestyle changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The organizer, partners, sponsors, and venue will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft suffered during the Event.
Attendees release the organizer from any claims arising from participation.
All attendees are expected to:
Act respectfully and courteously toward others.
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.
Respect the faith-based nature of the Event.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual who violates this code without refund.
Photos and videos may be taken during the Event for marketing and promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you notify the organizer in writing prior to the Event.
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The organizer is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.
The organizer shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, government regulations, or emergencies.
Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used for Event-related communication.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
