Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pre-sale tickets (R40) are limited to 10 and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Coolerbox entry tickets (R50) allow you to bring one coolerbox per person.
Entry
Gates open at 17:00 please arrive early to avoid delays.
Right of admission is reserved. Security checks will be conducted at the entrance.
Coolerbox Policy
No glass bottles, illegal substances, or dangerous items are allowed.
Coolerboxes must be of a manageable size and will be inspected at entry.
Safety & Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others and event staff.
The event organizers are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Anyone causing disruption or posing a safety risk may be removed without a refund.
Weather & Changes
The event will proceed regardless of weather unless otherwise announced by the organizers.
Organizers reserve the right to change the line-up, schedule, or venue if necessary.
Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the event.
Media Consent
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
