5. Any damages caused at the hotel will be the client’s responsibility.
6. No refunds for missed bookings, late arrivals, or cancellations.
7. Transport, meals, or extras not listed are excluded unless stated.
8. Aminah Travel Agency is not responsible for delays, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Clients must follow hotel rules and regulations at all times.
10. Booking confirmation means acceptance of these terms and conditions.
