VUKA DARKIE SIYOPHANDA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Tickets All tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform. A valid ticket is required for entry to the event.

  2. Ticket Prices Ticket prices are as displayed on the official event page. Kids tickets are for children aged 12 and younger.

  3. Refund Tickets are refundable. Refund requests must be submitted through the official ticketing platform and may be subject to the platform's refund process and applicable deadlines.

  4. Event Changes The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, performers, activities, venue arrangements or schedule when necessary.

  5. Event Cancellation If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be informed of the available options in accordance with the ticketing platform's refund policy.

  6. Entry & Conduct Attendees must follow all instructions from event organisers, venue staff and security personnel. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in an unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate manner.

  7. Children Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  8. Parking Parking is subject to venue availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must follow all parking and security instructions. The organisers are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

  9. Brands & Vendors Vuka Darkie Siyophanda may feature independent brands and vendors. Purchases made from exhibitors are between the customer and the respective vendor.

  10. Photography & Media By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography, video and other media may be taken during the event and may be used by GurlsChat and event partners for promotional and social media purposes.

  11. Personal Belongings Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.

  12. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Vuka Darkie Siyophanda, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any reasonable instructions issued by the organisers or venue.
