Terms and Conditions

for VIBE Artist Workshop & Showcase 2026

1. Ticket Purchase and Validity

Authorized Sales Only: Tickets are valid only if purchased through Computicket or its authorized retail channels (including Shoprite, Checkers, House&Home, and Usave stores). Tickets bought from third-party resellers or unauthorized agents are void.

Single Entry: Each ticket admits exactly one person and grants a revocable license to attend. Duplicate, tampered, or defaced tickets will result in denied entry.

No Resale: Reselling tickets for a financial premium above the face value is strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate ticket cancellation without compensation.

2. Strict Age Restriction (No Under 18s)Adults Only: This event is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and older. No toddlers, children, or teenagers under the age of 18 will be permitted inside the venue under any circumstances, even if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Mandatory Identification: To gain access, attendees must present a valid, original physical document at the gate: a South African Smart ID Card/Book, a valid Passport, or a South African Driver’s License. Digital copies, photos of IDs, or student cards will not be accepted.

No Refunds for Minors: Anyone who purchases a ticket and is found to be under 18, or anyone who fails to produce valid identification at the gate, will be denied entry and will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Alcohol Consumption and Conduct Licensed Sales On-Site:

Alcohol will be available for purchase inside the venue to qualifying attendees. In compliance with the South African Liquor Act, no alcohol will be served to anyone unable to produce valid proof of age upon request at the bars.

Responsible Drinking: Attendees are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. The Event Organiser and bar staff reserve the right to refuse service to any individual displaying signs of excessive intoxication.

Ejection Without Refund: Attendees can be refused entry or physically removed from the venue without financial reimbursement for disorderly behavior, public nuisance, aggressive conduct, illegal drug use, or failing to comply with security personnel instructions.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes

All Sales Final: Once a transaction is completed on Computicket, tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded due to change of mind. Event Postponement: If the event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. Event Cancellation: If the event is permanently cancelled by the Event Organiser, a face-value refund (excluding secondary service fees) will be facilitated through Computicket within standard processing windows.

Program Variations: The Event Organiser reserves the right to alter the lineup, schedule, artist billing, or seating arrangements without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Items To ensure public safety, the following items are barred from the venue gates: Weapons of any kind, firearms, ammunition, or dangerous objects.

Outside Food and Drinks: No outside food, alcohol, soft drinks, glass bottles, or cooler boxes are permitted into the venue. All items must be purchased from the authorized on-site vendors. Illegal substances, narcotics, or drug paraphernalia. Professional recording equipment or cameras without prior written media accreditation.

6. Safety, Risk, and Liability Disclaimer

Own Risk: Attendance is completely at the ticket holder’s own risk.

Limitation of Liability: Neither the Event Organiser, venue owners, nor Computicket accept any responsibility for personal injury, death, loss, theft, or damage to personal property sustained while at the event, including any incidents arising from the consumption of alcohol.

7. Media and Privacy Consent Publicity Release: By entering the event, the ticket holder consents to being photographed, filmed, or sound-recorded.

Content Usage: The Event Organiser maintains the right to utilize this media material for future promotional, marketing, and broadcasting purposes without compensation to the attendee.

Data Processing: Customer information gathered during the checkout process is managed in accordance with local privacy laws for booking fulfillment and protection against fraud.8.
