Refund policy
The refund can only be exercised....if the event is canceled.If the refund is claim without the cancelation of the event then it is bound that it has no ground as the ticket is bought on the intention of attending the event .A sudden change of mind from the ticket holder to cancel with no bounds that the cancelation is valid and null.
Parking
The Venue parking ...please note the parking will be provided by the event organizers...on site there will be car guards ...the event attendancies can use their discretion to either tip the car guard or pay minimum of R20.00 towards a vehicle
Cooler Boxes
Allowed with the R120.00 fee- Normal Size
Cooler Box Tickets 🎟 Refund
Note there will be no cooler box ticket refund .Once the Cooler Box ticket is bought it can't be refunded.Please make sure before buying the ticket that your decision is final can't be reversable.
VIP Tickets
This tickets is only for the entrance to the VIP area only .This doesn't cover the food and drinks
CAMP CHAIRS AND FOLDING/PORTABLE TABLES
The camp chairs and folding/portable table will be allowed to the General access venue .....At the VIP area these items will be prohibited as the VIP set up will be of a lounge and dinning set up .
