Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to Vaal Pride by the River, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or resold by the event organizers after purchase.

2. Admission: A valid ticket is required for entry. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Cooler Boxes (General Access Only):

   • Cooler boxes are permitted only in the General Access area.

   • No cooler boxes are permitted in the VIP area.

   • Only standard medium-sized cooler boxes are allowed.

   • Cooler boxes may only be brought into the venue between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

   • Large cooler boxes will not be permitted.

4. Prohibited Items:

   • No outside food or snacks.

   • No bottles, spirits, or alcoholic beverages may be brought into the venue.

   • No weapons, dangerous objects, illegal substances, fireworks, or any hazardous items are permitted.

5. Bar Facilities: A fully stocked bar will be available for the purchase of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. No alcohol will be served to persons under the legal drinking age.

6. Parking:

   • VIP ticket holders will have access to designated VIP parking.

   • Designated disabled parking will be available for guests displaying a valid disability permit, subject to availability.

7. Security: All attendees may be subject to bag searches and security screening upon entry. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry without a refund.

8. Photography & Media: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without compensation.

9. Liability: Attendance is at your own risk. The event organizers, venue, sponsors, and partners will not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, damage to property, or personal belongings during the event.

10. Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to amend the event programme, entertainment lineup, venue arrangements, or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice if necessary.
