Ticket Validity: Each ticket admits one person only. Tickets are valid for the date, time, and venue stated only.
No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
Lost or Stolen Tickets: The event organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
Right of Admission: The organiser reserves the right of admission. Security checks will be conducted at entry.
Prohibited Items: No weapons, illegal substances, glass bottles, or hazardous items allowed.
Photography & Filming: Ticket holders consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Changes to Line-up: Artists and performance times are subject to change without notice.
Children: Children under the age limit (if any) must be accompanied by an adult. Age restrictions apply as per the event’s rating.
Resale: Tickets may not be resold at a premium. Any ticket resold unlawfully may be cancelled without refund.
Event Cancellation/Postponement: If the event is cancelled or postponed, refund or exchange policies will follow Computicket’s official procedure.
