*Term 4: Intellectual Property*
4.1 All event content, including performances and materials, is copyrighted.
4.2 Attendees grant permission for event photography and videography.
*Term 5: Liability and Indemnification*
5.1 The organizer is not liable for damages or losses incurred during the event.
5.2 Attendees indemnify the organizer against any claims or damages.
5.3 The organizer reserves the right to seek compensation for damages caused by attendees.
