Refund Policy: Cancellations 30+ days prior incur a 15% fee, 7–30 days incur a 50% fee, and less than 7 days is 100% (no refund).
Exceptions: No cancellation fees apply if the ticket holder provides proof of hospitalization or death.
Event Changes: The organizer may hold the right to change venue or dates.
Liability: Attendees usually participate at their own risk.
