By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, the ticket holder agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Event Details The UJ Gospel Festival will take place on 05 December 2026 at Groblersdal Rugby Stadium, Limpopo. Gates open at 11:00, and the festival starts at 13:00.
Ticket Requirement Each person must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets may be scanned or verified at the entrance and may only be used once. Damaged, duplicated, altered or fraudulent tickets will not be accepted.
Ticket Categories
A General Ticket provides access to the stadium field area only.
A Grandstand Ticket provides access to the designated grandstand area.
A VIP Ticket provides access to the designated VIP area and includes dinner, two soft drinks, two 500 ml bottles of still or sparkling water, and access to the artists.
General ticket holders are encouraged to bring their own camp chairs.
VIP Benefits VIP benefits are available only to valid VIP ticket holders and cannot be exchanged for cash. Access to artists will be managed according to the programme, security arrangements and availability of the artists.
Stall Tickets Before purchasing a Stall Ticket, vendors must contact the event organisers and disclose what products or services they intend to sell. Approval must be obtained before purchasing the ticket.
Purchasing a Stall Ticket without prior approval does not guarantee permission to trade at the event. Vendors may only sell approved products or services and must comply with all health, safety and venue requirements.
Food and Beverages Food and soft drinks will be sold at the venue. No glass bottles, containers or other glass items will be allowed inside the venue.
Prohibited Items and Conduct Weapons, illegal substances, dangerous objects and any items that may threaten the safety of attendees are strictly prohibited. Disorderly, abusive, violent or unlawful behaviour will not be tolerated.
Right of Admission Right of admission is reserved. The organisers and security personnel may refuse entry or remove any person who fails to comply with these terms, venue rules or safety instructions. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
Searches and Security For safety purposes, attendees and their belongings may be searched before entering the venue. Refusal to cooperate with security procedures may result in denied entry without a refund.
Programme Changes The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, performance times, participating artists or event arrangements where reasonably necessary. Artist appearances may be affected by circumstances beyond the organisers’ control.
Refunds Tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where the event is cancelled and a refund is authorised by the organisers. If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Personal Belongings Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The organisers, venue and service providers will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
Photography and Recording Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event for marketing, publicity and promotional purposes. By attending, ticket holders acknowledge that they may appear in event photographs or recordings.
Safety and Medical Assistance All attendees must comply with instructions issued by the organisers, security personnel and emergency officials. Attendees participate at their own risk and must promptly report any medical or safety emergency to event personnel.
Children and Supervision Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents or guardians remain responsible for the safety and conduct of children under their supervision.
General Conditions The organisers will not be responsible for delays, interruptions or changes caused by weather, government restrictions, safety concerns, emergencies or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Acceptance of Terms The purchase or possession of a ticket and entry into the venue constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
