UHURU SPRING FEST'26 - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE

By purchasing a ticket to Uhuru Spring Fest'26, you agree to the following:

1. TICKETS & VALIDITY

1.1 Tickets are valid only for Uhuru Spring Fest'26 on the date, time and venue stated on the ticket.

1.2 No refunds or exchanges. Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled.

1.3 If the event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date.

1.4 Each ticket admits one person only. Duplicate tickets will not be accepted.

2. PURCHASE & ENTRY

2.1 Tickets sold through Computicket online, app, and all Computicket retail outlets are official.

2.2 You must present a valid ticket + ID on entry. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

2.3 The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behavior is disruptive, intoxicating, or unsafe.

2.4 Gates open at. The event runs rain or shine.[time]

3. EVENT RULES

3.1 Prohibited items: Weapons, alcohol, drugs, glass, coolers, outside food & drinks, professional cameras, drones, laser pointers. Bag checks will be conducted.

3.2 No re-entry once you exit the venue.

3.3 The promoter is not liable for lost or stolen items.

3.4 By attending you consent to photography, filming and sound recording for promotional use.

4. CHANGES & CANCELLATION

4.1 The lineup, running order, and venue layout are subject to change without notice.

4.2 In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed via the original point of purchase within 30 days. Service fees are non-refundable.

4.3 In case of postponement, tickets remain valid. No refunds.

5. HEALTH & SAFETY

5.1 Attend at your own risk. The promoter is not liable for injury, loss or damage.

5.2 Please follow all security, medical and venue staff instructions.

5.3 First aid and security will be on site.

6. GENERAL

6.1 Ticket touting/resale above face value is prohibited.

6.2 The promoter reserves the right to amend these T’s & C’s.
