- *Ticket Purchase*: Tickets are sold subject to these terms and conditions, and by purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to be bound by them.
- *Event Details*: event details, such as dates, times, and venues, are subject to change, and it's the buyer's responsibility to check for updates.
*Ticketing and Refunds*
- *Refund Policy*: refunds will be made within 30 days, less delivery or mail fees.
- *Cancellation Fees*: There will be 40% cancellation fee for the tickets and 100% cancellation fee for tickets cancelled within 72 hours of the event.
- *Ticket Validity*: Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and time, and are non-transferable.

- *Limitation of Liability*: MeaningfulArts Pty is not liable for any issues or damages arising from the event, such as cancellation, postponement, or injury.
- *Disclaimer*: MeaningfulArts Pty/UbuAfrika Festival team are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the event.
