*No Refund Policy* *Ticket Purchases* All ticket sales for the U is Heilig gospel experience on 1st November 2025, are final. By purchasing tickets, attendees acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. *No Refunds:* No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: - Change of plans or scheduling conflicts - Illness, injury, or personal emergencies - Unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control - Event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling (unless otherwise specified by the organizers) 2. *Non-Transferable:* Tickets are non-transferable, and only the original purchaser may use the ticket. 3. *No Exchanges:* Tickets can not be exchanged for other dates, events, or merchandise. 4. *Purchaser's Responsibility:* It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they can attend the event before buying tickets. *Event Changes* The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to: 1. *Postponement:* If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date unless otherwise specified. 2. *Cancellation:* In the event of cancellation, organizers are not obligated to provide refunds unless specified otherwise. *Acceptance* By purchasing tickets, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Parking

*Parking Policy* *Vehicle Parking* Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for attendees of the gospel event on 1st November 2025. By parking your vehicle, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. *At Your Own Risk:* Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. The event organizers, venue management, and staff are not responsible for any damage to or loss of vehicles, including but not limited to: - Theft - Vandalism - Damage from other vehicles - Weather-related damage - Any other incidents 2. *Security Measures:* While reasonable efforts may be made to ensure parking area security, the organizers do not guarantee the safety of parked vehicles. 3. *Liability:* Attendees park their vehicles at their own risk and release the event organizers, venue management, and staff from any liability for damages or losses. 4. *Adherence to Parking Rules:* Attendees must follow parking instructions and signs. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be towed at the owner's expense. By parking your vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Misconduct

*Misconduct Policy* *Behavioral Expectations* The organizers of the gospel event on 1st November 2025, expect all attendees to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises. *Definition of Misconduct* Misconduct includes but is not limited to: 1. *Disruptive Behavior:* Engaging in behavior that disrupts the event, such as shouting, heckling, or causing disturbances. 2. *Disrespect:* Showing disrespect to speakers, performers, attendees, or staff, including verbal or physical abuse. 3. *Unauthorized Activities:* Engaging in unauthorized activities, such as recording without permission or distributing unauthorized materials. 4. *Damage to Property:* Damaging or defacing venue property or equipment. 5. *Other Disruptions:* Engaging in any other behavior that disrupts the event or poses a risk to others. *Consequences of Misconduct* If you engage in misconduct, you may be: 1. *Warned:* Given a warning by event staff or security. 2. *Removed:* Forced to leave the premises immediately. 3. *Banned:* Banned from attending future events. *No Refund* In the event of removal due to misconduct, no refund will be issued. *Enforcement* Event staff and security are authorized to enforce this policy and make decisions regarding misconduct. By attending the event, you agree to abide by this misconduct policy.
