By purchasing a ticket to Tzaneen Spring Fashion Week 2026, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Ticket Sales All tickets are subject to availability. A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets may not be duplicated, resold for profit, or transferred without the organiser's permission. 2. Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new event date. 3. Event Changes The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, schedule, venue, performers, or designers without prior notice if circumstances require. 4. Admission Entry may be refused to any person who behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or unsafe manner. Guests may be subject to security checks upon entry. 5. Photography & Media The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, guests grant permission for photographs and video recordings in which they may appear to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation. 6. Personal Belongings Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organisers and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 7. Liability Attendance is at your own risk. Right of Admission Right of admission is reserved. Anyone found violating these Terms & Conditions or South African law may be removed from the event without a refund. 9. Force Majeure The organiser shall not be held responsible for cancellation, postponement, or interruption of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events. 10.
