All teams must register and pay the full registration fee before the closing date. No late entries will be accepted.
Each team must submit a final team list before the tournament starts.
Players must carry a valid ID. No ID, no play.
A team must have a minimum of 7 players on the field to start a match.
Matches will be played according to standard soccer rules, unless stated otherwise by organizers.
Referees’ decisions are final and non-negotiable.
Any form of violence, fighting, or abuse toward officials, players, or spectators will result in immediate disqualification.
Teams must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match. Late arrival may lead to a forfeit.
No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the field of play.
The organizers will not be held responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
Playing is at your own risk. Teams are encouraged to have their own medical cover.
The tournament committee reserves the right to change fixtures, rules, or schedules if necessary.
Prize money will be paid only after the tournament is completed and all conditions are met.
By participating, teams agree to abide by all tournament rules and decisions.
