TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event Date: 24 October 2026 Venue: Tales Cafe, Rustenburg Organiser: Groovers X Experience / Piano Yard
1. TICKETS
All tickets are subject to availability. A valid ticket must be presented at the entrance to gain access to the event.
2. TICKET REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically approved by the organiser.
3. ENTRY
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, venue rules or reasonable security requirements.
4. AGE RESTRICTION
Persons under 18 are permitted during the daytime/family portion of the event. All persons under 18 must leave the venue by 18:00. No persons under 18 will be permitted to remain at the venue after 18:00.
5. CHILDREN
Children attending the event remain the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian at all times.
6. ACTIVITIES & FACILITIES
The event may include jumping castles, swimming pool, water slide and braai facilities. Guests use these facilities at their own risk and must comply with all applicable safety instructions and venue rules.
7. PROHIBITED ITEMS
No illegal substances, weapons, dangerous items or unauthorised alcohol may be brought into the venue.
8. SECURITY
For safety purposes, guests and/or their belongings may be subject to reasonable security checks before entering the venue.
9. EVENT CHANGES
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to artists, performers, activities, programme, timings or other event details where necessary. Such changes do not automatically qualify ticket holders for a refund.
10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The organiser and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
By attending the event, guests acknowledge that photography, video and other recordings may take place. Such material may be used by the organiser for legitimate promotional, marketing and social-media purposes.
12. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or relocate the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, safety concerns, government restrictions or venue-related circumstances. Any applicable refund arrangements will be communicated through the relevant ticketing platform.
13. COMPLIANCE
All attendees are required to comply with the instructions of event staff, security personnel and venue management.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending The Tales Cafe Reunion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
