House Party Terms and Conditions

1. Entry and Attendance

•Entry is by invitation only. No +1s unless approved by the host in advance.

•Guests must be 18+ (or 21+ depending on local laws and whether alcohol is served).

•Please arrive between 15:00 and 17:00 for entry.

2. Behavior

•Respect the property and other guests.

•No aggressive behavior, harassment, or illegal activity will be tolerated.

•Anyone causing disruption will be asked to leave immediately.

3. Alcohol and Substances

•BYOB unless stated otherwise.

•No illegal drugs are allowed on the premises.

•Drink responsibly — intoxicated guests may be denied entry or asked to leave.

4. Damages and Liability

•Any damage to the property or belongings will be the responsibility of the guest involved.

•The host is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

5. Noise and Neighbors

•Please be mindful of the neighbors, especially when arriving and leaving.

•Keep noise to a reasonable level after 15:00 to 23:00 in accordance with local noise ordinances.
