RACE COAST WESTERN CAPE (“the Company”) is the owner and operator of these Premises. By entering or attempting to enter the Premises, you (and any persons accompanying you) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, including any related signage at the Premises setting out prohibited items or activities and terms and conditions set out in any ticket issued to you in relation to any event at any of the venues or facilities within the Premises.
CCTV NOTICE
Please note that the Premises are monitored by Closed-Circuit Television for the purposes of safety, security, and operational purposes. By entering the Premises, you consent to video and audio recording as part of these monitoring activities.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person from the Premises at its sole discretion. This includes but not limited to situations where a person refuses to comply with reasonable search requirements or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
We reserve the right to conduct searches of you and your belongings at any time whilst on the Premises. If you refuse to undergo a search, we may deny entry or request you to leave the Premises immediately.
Entry into specific areas, venues or facilities within the Premises may be governed by additional or separate terms and conditions of entry and use in conjunction with these general entry terms.
Attendance at events, functions or activities organised by third parties is subject to the third-party organisers own terms and conditions, which may differ from or supplement Terms and Conditions of Entry.
ACCESS CONTROL & ACCREDITATION
Access to the Premises requires valid badges, accreditations, tickets, and other entitlements (each referred to as a “Ticket”) shall only be purchased or allocated via authorised sources approved by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
All Attendees must ensure tickets or accreditations are worn visibly at all times while on the Premises.
Permission of a valid ticket does not guarantee access to specific areas or facilities which may be restricted or conditioned by the Company at its sole discretion.
CONDUCT OF ATTENDEES
The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse admission to or expel any Attendee who:
breaches these Terms or applicable laws, ii. commits or is suspected of committing a criminal offence,
behaves in a disruptive, unruly, or offensive manner, or
is abusive toward Company staff, fellow guests or contractors. Whether physically or verbally.
Such removal or ban may be temporary or permanent and may apply to all Race Coast Holdings (Pty) Ltd properties.
Attendees are responsible for the conduct of the guests they bring onto the Premises.
The Company may in the interest of safety, conduct searches of persons, belongings including vehicles. Refusal may result in denied entry or removal from the Premises.
PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOUR
Attendees must:
Comply with lawful instructions from Company staff, directors, agents and representatives
Behave in a safe, responsible, safe, and respectfully manner.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Entry by individuals who are visibly intoxicated.
Bringing your own alcohol.
Illegal substances or activities.
Smoking or vaping in non-smoking areas.
Underage alcohol consumption or gambling by persons under 18.
Violence, threats, or discriminatory behaviour.
Religious or political gatherings or protests. • Firearms, weapons, pyrotechnics, flares, or fireworks.
Handheld laser devices.
Glass, ceramic bottles/containers, or cans.
Disruptive, anti-social or unsafe behaviour.
Climbing fences, structures, or buildings.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & AUDIO RECORDING
By purchasing, holding, or using this ticket and/or by attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, and audio recording may take place and that Race Coast Western Cape (Pty) Ltd, its affiliates, holding company, and authorised third parties may collect and process your image, likeness, voice, and personal information.
You grant irrevocable consent, without compensation, for such recordings to be used, published, distributed, exhibited, reproduced, and stored in any media, whether now known or hereafter developed, for the following purposes:
Media coverage and news reporting (TV, radio, print, and online)
Editorial use
Marketing, promotional, and advertising activities, including print advertising, billboards, digital and paid social media campaigns, television promotions, websites, social media platforms, posters, flyers, and related materials
Any other lawful business or commercial purpose connected with Race Coast Western Cape (Pty) Ltd
If you do not wish to be recorded, you should refrain from attending areas where recording is taking place.
