1. TICKETS
- Tickets are non-refundable yet transferable
- Early Bird tickets are limited and subject to availability
- VIP tickets include reserved seating for 2 guests only
- Valid ID required for entry and ticket verification
2. ENTRY
- Gates open at 10:00 | Close at 22:00
- No re-entry after exit
- Right of admission reserved
- Children under 12 enter free (must be accompanied by an adult)
3. CONDUCT
- The "Straw Hat / Cap & Shades" theme is encouraged but not mandatory
- No illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items
- No outside food or beverages permitted
- Disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal without refund
4. VENDORS & STALLS
- Stall allocation is confirmed only upon full payment
- Vendors responsible for own stock, setup, and breakdown
- Ramatlabama Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage
- Stall holders must comply with health & safety regulations
5. LIABILITY
- Attendance is at your own risk
- Ramatlabama Resort, its staff, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, or damage
- Medical assistance available on-site; costs borne by attendee
6. CANCELLATION
- Event may be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control
- In case of cancellation, refunds processed within 14 days
- No refunds for weather-related interruptions after gates open
7. MEDIA
- Photography and filming will occur throughout the event
- Attendees consent to use of their image for promotional purposes
