The Vision Garden – A Vision & Prayer Board Gathering
Ticket Sales & Registration All tickets must be purchased in advance via the official registration platforms. Entry will only be granted to guests who have successfully registered and can present proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Tickets All tickets are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of non-attendance, late arrival, personal circumstances, or changes in availability by the ticket holder.
Ticket Transfers Tickets may be transferred to another person only with prior written notification to the event organisers at least 48 hours before the event. The new attendee must present proof of transfer and identification upon entry.
Event Changes The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary. Any changes will be communicated timeously. No refunds will be issued due to programme or speaker changes.
Admission & Conduct The Vision Garden is a curated, faith-led and respectful environment. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the spirit of the gathering. The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe, without refund.
Media & Photography By attending the event, guests grant permission for photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes by Abundant Life Experience. No compensation will be provided.
Liability Disclaimer Abundant Life Experience, the venue, partners, and speakers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event. Attendance is at the guest’s own risk.
Force Majeure The organisers shall not be held responsible for event cancellation or disruption due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies.
Dress Code Compliance Guests are encouraged to adhere to the event dress code as communicated. While not mandatory, adherence contributes to the overall experience and aesthetic of the gathering.
Agreement to Terms By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, all guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
