TERMS & CONDITIONS – THE UNSPOKEN WORDS MOVEMENT HIP-HOP MUSIC FESTIVAL 2026
1. All attendees are required to present a valid ticket for entry into the event.
2. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
3. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee engaging in violent, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour.
4. No illegal substances, weapons, dangerous objects, or prohibited items will be allowed into the venue.
5. Attendees may be searched upon entry for security purposes.
6. The event organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
7. Line-up, performance times, and event activities are subject to change without prior notice.
8. By entering the event, attendees consent to photography, videography, and media recording which may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
9. Alcohol will not be sold to persons under the age of 18. Valid identification may be requested at the venue.
10. Attendees are expected to respect the venue, staff, artists, vendors, and fellow guests at all times.
11. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, weather conditions, or factors beyond reasonable control.
12. Entry into the event is at the attendee’s own risk.
13. No cooler boxes, outside alcohol, hubbly equipment, or glass bottles will be permitted unless authorised by event management.
14. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers will not be accepted.
15. By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by all event rules, venue regulations, and safety procedures communicated by the organisers.
