These Terms and Conditions govern all guests, visitors and event attendees at Bokamoso Lodge & Conference Centre (“the Lodge” or “Bokamoso Lodge”). By entering the Bokamoso Lodge premises, you agree to abide by the following rules and policies. These conditions are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all patrons.
1. General Rules of Entry
Right of admission is strictly reserved.
No weapons (including licensed firearms) are allowed on the premises under any circumstances due to our active liquor license and the safety of all guests.
Guests under the influence of drugs or behaving in a disruptive manner will be removed from the premises.
Bokamoso Lodge accepts no responsibility for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
2. Event Policy (Musical & Private Events)
Guests attending events must follow event-specific rules and directions from staff or security.
Outside food, beverages, or cooler boxes are allowed at events under specific instruction from the Lodge
Children must be supervised at all times.
No camping or sleeping in cars.
3. Swimming Pool Rules
Lifeguards are available as a safety measure. The use of the swimming pools is at your own risk.
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
No glass containers allowed in or around the pool.
No diving, running, or rough play is permitted.
4. Braai Areas
Braai areas are available for use by guests only.
Please clean up after use and dispose of waste in the provided bins.
Open flames must not be left unattended.
Use only designated braai facilities.
Management reserves the right to stop braais during high-risk fire seasons or strong winds.
5. Children & Play Areas
Play areas are strictly for children aged 12 years and under.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The Lodge is not liable for any injuries sustained due to misuse of play equipment.
No rough or dangerous play is permitted.
6. Liquor License & Alcohol Policy
Bokamoso Lodge operates under is a fully licensed entity
Alcohol may only be consumed by persons 18 years or older.
Management has the right to stop alcohol service to intoxicated guests.
Drunken or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
7. No Weapons Policy
Strictly no firearms or dangerous weapons allowed, regardless of license status.
This is enforced to ensure the safety of all guests, especially during musical events and family activities.
Any individual found in possession of a weapon will be denied entry or escorted off the premises.
8. Noise & Conduct
· Loud music or disruptive behavior is not allowed in accommodation areas and parking areas.
· Guests causing a disturbance may be asked to leave without a refund.
9. Damages & Liability
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the Lodge property and shared areas.
Charges will be applied for repairs or replacements.
Bokamoso Lodge accepts no responsibility for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds are given for early departures or no-shows.
Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled.
No refunds will be issued In the event of factors like natural disasters, strikes and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Use of the Lodge facilities is entirely at your own risk.
The Lodge and its staff will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property, however caused.
