for The Switch : ALL WHITE SUNSET EDITION

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given, except as required by law.

  • If the event is cancelled or postponed, the Holder will be notified via email regarding refund procedures.

  • The Issuer is not responsible for travel or lodging costs incurred due to cancellation.

  • Photo ID may be required for entry. 

  • Prohibited items include [e.g., weapons, outside alcohol, drones, illegal substances].

  • The Issuer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person acting in an unruly, unsafe, or inappropriate manner without a refund.

  • By attending, the Holder consents to being filmed, photographed, or recorded. The Issuer may use these materials for marketing purposes without compensation. 

  • The Holder voluntarily assumes all risks related to attending the Event, including injuries or property damage. The Issuer is not liable for lost or stolen items. 

  • By purchasing or holding a ticket for [The Switch : ALL WHITE SUNSET EDITION] ("Event”), you ("Holder") agree to these terms and conditions. The organizer, [The Nirvana Experience] ("Issuer"), reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time.
