The public hereby certifies that they recognize that all hazards that exist on the premises of Zwartkops Raceway R55 and that the public enter the property entirely at their own risk and therefore the public waives any claims of whatsoever nature against the Zwartkops Raceway R55 and AC Local & International Marketing and/or mandatory in respect of any loss/damage/injury and/or death whether same is the result of any negligent act or omission on the part of Zwartkops raceway R55, AC Local & International Marketing and/or mandatories or other independent contractors by a third person or by way of defective equipment or materials supplied by the company – thereby this indemnifies Zwartkops raceway R55 and AC Local & International Marketing, its employees, agents and/or mandatories against any claims from the Contractor's employees and/or from any other person, arising and being caused in the manner set out above.
