Each ticket admits one person only.
Tickets are valid only for the date and venue stated (11 October 2025 at Menlyn Maine])
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be made to the original purchaser and through the original method of payment.
Attendees must present a valid ticket (printed or digital) for entry.
The organizers reserve the right to deny admission or remove any person whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of event rules.
Bag checks and security screenings may be conducted at entry points.
Entry may be restricted to individuals above a certain age if required by venue or licensing laws. Proof of age may be requested.
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.
Unauthorized professional photography, filming, or livestreaming is prohibited without prior consent.
Tear It Up Holdings, the venue, and event partners accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Attendance is at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for injury, illness, or other issues arising from your attendance at the Event, except where required by law.
The organizers reserve the right to change the lineup, program, or schedule without notice.
Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Dangerous objects, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, and items deemed inappropriate by event security are not permitted.
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and fellow guests.
Harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind will result in immediate removal without refund.
