Terms and Conditions for The Plot Drive-In. Admission is at own risk. The organizers and venue owners will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft occurring on the premises. Each ticket is valid for one vehicle only. Vehicle occupancy must not exceed legal limits. All attendees must follow the directions of parking marshals. Large vehicles including SUVs and bakkies will be positioned in designated areas to avoid obstructing the view of others. Audio is transmitted via FM radio frequency. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure their vehicle has a working FM radio or a portable equivalent. The event will proceed in light rain. In the event of extreme weather or technical failure leading to cancellation, tickets may be moved to a future date at the organizers discretion. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals. No alcohol, drugs, or weapons are permitted on site. Attendees must remain in or directly adjacent to their vehicles. Loud music and excessive engine idling are prohibited during the screening. Littering is strictly forbidden. Any person found in breach of these terms may be asked to leave without a refund. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. These terms are subject to change without notice.
