for The Mixtape Social

1. Final Sale Policy

All ticket purchases for The Mixtape Social are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of personal plans or "change of mind."

• Inability to attend due to illness or personal emergencies.

• Travel delays or transportation issues.

2. Event Changes & Postponements

The event lineup, set times, and venue are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a postponement (the event is moved to a different date), your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.

3. Event Cancellation

In the rare event of a total cancellation (without a rescheduled date), a full refund of the face value of the ticket will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that service fees or processing charges from third-party ticketing platforms may be non-refundable.

4. Ticket Transfers

While we do not offer refunds, we understand things come up. You are permitted to transfer or sell your ticket to a friend. Please ensure they have the original digital/physical ticket for entry. 5. Entry & Right of Admission

Admission is subject to the venue’s code of conduct. No refunds will be granted if a guest is removed from the venue or denied entry due to:

• Intoxication or disruptive behavior.

• Failure to provide valid ID (Age 21+/18+).

• Violation of the venue's safety protocols.
