Welcome to The Last Sunday Experience! By purchasing a ticket and attending our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ticket Purchase and Entry:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Tickets must be presented at the gate for entry. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
Event Conduct:
Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel.
Any form of disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to violence, harassment, or intoxication, will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Health and Safety:
Attendees must adhere to all health and safety regulations in place at the time of the event.
The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
Photography and Media:
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
Personal photography and videography are allowed, provided they do not interfere with the enjoyment of other attendees.
Event Changes and Cancellations:
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue as necessary.
In the event of cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders. No refunds will be provided for rescheduled events.
Liability:
The organizers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at the event.
Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.
Privacy:
Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Safety at Sports and Recreational Events Act 2 of 2010 (SASREA). Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
Indemnity Disclaimer:
By purchasing a ticket and attending The Last Sunday Experience, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and venue owners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
By attending The Last Sunday Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
