Terms and Conditions

General Terms & Conditions – The Jig Entertainment Lockdown 2025

1. Ticket Validity

   • Tickets are valid only for The Jig Entertainment Lockdown 2025 event on 25 December 2025.

   • Each ticket admits one person only.

2. Phased Sales

   • Tickets will be sold in Phase 1, Phase 2, and Final Phase, with pricing as advertised.

   • Once a phase sells out, the next phase pricing will apply.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

   • All tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.

   • Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged without written approval from the organizers.

4. Event Access

   • Right of admission is reserved.

   • Attendees must present a valid Computicket ticket (printed or digital) for entry.

   • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

5. Age Restriction

   • This event is 18+ only. Valid ID may be required at the entrance.

6. Safety & Security

   • Security checks will be conducted upon entry. Prohibited items (e.g., weapons, outside alcohol, illegal substances) will be confiscated.

   • The organizers will not be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event.

7. Event Changes

   • The lineup and schedule are subject to change without prior notice.

   • In the event of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be informed through Computicket and official Jig Entertainment platforms.

8. Photography & Media

   • By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed. Images may be used for promotional purposes.

9. Conduct

   • Disorderly or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
