Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.

Everyone is expected to respect the rules and help keep the event safe. 1. STRICTLY NO WEAPONS * No firearms, knives or dangerous weapons allowed. 2. NO FIGHTING OR VIOLENCE * Fighting, threats and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. * Anyone involved may be removed from the event. 3. NO DANGEROUS ITEMS * No fireworks, explosives or hazardous materials. 4. VALID TICKET REQUIRED * A valid Howler ticket is required for entry. * No ticket, no entry. 5. NO UNAUTHORISED RE-ENTRY * Re-entry is only permitted with approval from event management. 6. RESPECT EVERYONE * No harassment, bullying, discrimination or unwanted physical contact. * Respect all guests, hosts and security personnel. 7. NO PROPERTY DAMAGE * Theft, vandalism and deliberate damage to the property are prohibited. * Guests may be held responsible for damage they cause, in accordance with applicable law. 8. SECURITY CHECKS * Guests must cooperate with reasonable security checks. * Refusal to follow entry procedures may result in denied entry. 9. PARTY SAFETY * Keep entrances and emergency exits clear. * Report emergencies or safety concerns to security immediately. * Follow instructions from event management. 10. RIGHT OF ADMISSION * The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who violate the rules, subject to applicable law and ticket terms. 🎟️ BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW THE EVENT RULES.
