By purchasing or using a ticket for the Great Qhumanco Arts and Culture Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be processed unless the event is canceled by the organizers. 1.2 Tickets must be purchased from authorized vendors only. The festival organizers will not be responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or third parties. 1.3 A valid ticket grants one person entry to the festival venue on the date(s) specified.
2.1 Festival-goers must present a valid ticket at the entrance. Digital or printed copies are accepted. 2.2 The festival reserves the right to refuse entry to any person:
Without a valid ticket.
Who is intoxicated, disorderly, or poses a security risk.
Who does not comply with festival rules or security procedures. 2.3 All attendees are subject to security screening. Bags may be searched upon entry. Prohibited items will not be allowed inside.
3.1 Attendees must comply with all festival regulations and respect the rights of other guests, performers, and staff. 3.2 The organizers will not tolerate any form of violence, harassment, or disruptive behavior. Violators will be removed without a refund. 3.3 Alcohol, drugs, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the festival. 3.4 The festival is an all-weather event and will proceed rain or shine unless safety concerns arise.
4.1 The festival organizers, venue owners, and sponsors are not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
Any disruptions due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, including weather conditions or government restrictions. 4.2 Attendees enter the festival venue at their own risk.
5.1 By attending the festival, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, media, and archival purposes. 5.2 Unauthorized professional photography, video recording, or broadcasting of performances is prohibited unless approved by the organizers.
6.1 The festival lineup, schedule, and venue are subject to change without prior notice. 6.2 If the event is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified about refund or rescheduling options.
7.1 Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 7.2 Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors attending the event.
