Tickets
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Tickets must be purchased from authorized ticket sellers only.
- Ticket Holders must present their Ticket at the entrance of the Venue to gain access.
- Lost or stolen Tickets will not be replaced.
3. Event Admission
- Admission to the Event is only permitted with a valid Ticket.
- Ticket Holders must be 18 years or older to attend the Event, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person from the Venue who:
- Fails to produce a valid Ticket.
- Is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- Engages in disorderly or abusive behavior.
- Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Prohibited Items
- The following items are prohibited within the Venue:
- Glass containers or bottles.
- Metal objects or sharp instruments.
- Fireworks or flammable materials.
- Drugs or illegal substances.
- Professional recording equipment.
5. Safety and Security
- The Organizer takes the safety and security of all attendees seriously.
- Ticket Holders must comply with all safety and security instructions provided by the Organizer or Venue staff.
- The Organizer reserves the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any prohibited items.
6. Liability
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by Ticket Holders, unless caused by the Organizer's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Ticket Holders assume all risk of attendance at the Event.
7. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, including but not limited to the name, logo, and branding, are owned by the Organizer.
- Ticket Holders must not use any intellectual property rights without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
8. Cancellation or Postponement
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure.
- In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Organizer shall not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by Ticket Holders.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State].
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through [Dispute Resolution Process].
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
