Terms and Conditions
Ticket Purchase
All tickets cost R200 per person.
Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the organiser.
Entry to Event
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
No entry without a ticket or proof of payment.
Refund Policy
Refunds are allowed up to 7 days before the event.
50% refund applies 3–6 days before the event.
No refunds within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.
Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to change the date, time, or venue if necessary.
Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
Behaviour
Attendees must behave respectfully.
The organiser may remove anyone causing disruption without refund.
Liability
The organiser is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage during the event.
Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing purposes.
Food & Vendors
External vendors may operate at the event with approval from organisers.
