Terms and Conditions – The Crown of Vhembe
Eligibility: Participants must meet all age, residency, and any other requirements as specified in the registration form.
Registration Fees: All fees are non-refundable. Payment secures your participation.
Event Conduct: Participants are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and follow all instructions given by the organizing committee. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
Withdrawal: Participants who voluntarily withdraw from the pageant will not receive a refund.
Event Changes: The organizing committee reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule the event if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes.
Photography & Media: By participating, contestants consent to being photographed, recorded, and promoted through various media channels without additional compensation.
Decision of Judges: All decisions made by the judges and organizing committee are final and binding.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or concerns should be reported to the organizing committee. Their decisions will be final.
Compliance: By registering, participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions listed here and any additional rules provided during the event.
