Ticket Purchase & Entry All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled. A valid ticket grants one-time entry to the event.
Event Changes Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event lineup, schedule, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
Age Restriction This is a family-friendly event. However, alcohol will be served. Attendees must be 18+ to purchase or consume alcohol and may be asked to present ID.
Safety & Conduct Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Security has the right to remove any person deemed to be acting inappropriately or in violation of venue rules.
Liability The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at the event.
Media Consent By attending, you consent to photography, filming, and sound recording which may be used for promotional purposes.
Parking Free open parking is available at the beach area. Parking is at your own risk; the organizers are not liable for any loss or damage.
