Event Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets Required (No Ticket, No Entry): Admission is strictly for ticket holders only. Tickets must be presented upon entry and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise by the event organisers.

2. Admission & Entry: Entry is at the organisers’ discretion and subject to ticket verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

3. No Weapons / Firearms: No weapons, firearms, or any prohibited weapons are allowed on the event premises at any time.

4. No Glass Bottles: No Glass bottles allowed. Approved sealed refreshments may be permitted where indicated by the organisers.

5. Age Restriction: No persons under 18 years of age may remain on-site after 18:00 (6:00pm).

• Any under-18 attendee must be accompanied as required by these rules and must leave by 18:00.

6. Safety & Compliance: Attendees agree to follow all safety instructions, crowd management directives, and signage on-site.

7. Behaviour & Conduct: Threatening, violent, disorderly, or abusive behaviour is prohibited. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for breach of conduct or these Terms & Conditions.

8. Search Policy: Attendees may be subject to bag checks and/or security screening at entry.

9. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organisers are not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property.

10. Programme Changes & Rescheduling: The organisers may change the programme, timings, or venue, including cancellation, due to circumstances beyond their control.

11. Privacy & Media: By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or security purposes, unless prohibited by law.

12. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Organisers’ decision is final on all matters regarding entry, safety, and compliance.
