Refund policy
1. Ticket Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation Requests: More than 30 days before the event: Subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Between 8 to 30 days before the event: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 7 days or less before the event: No refunds will be issued. Exceptional Circumstances: If the ticket holder is unable to attend due to hospitalization or death, and suitable documentary proof is provided, a full refund will be issued without any cancellation fee. 2. Event Postponement or Cancellation Postponement: Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If unable to attend the new date, a full refund will be provided upon request. Computicket Cancellation: In the event of a full cancellation, a full refund of the ticket's face value will be issued. Refunds will be processed using the same method and card of payment that was used to purchase the ticket. 3. Refund Processing Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. If tickets were purchased via credit card or online and have not been collected, refunds will be automatically processed within 3–7 working days after confirmation of the event's cancellation. Computicket Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. 4. Non-Refundable Scenarios No refunds will be issued for: No-shows or late arrivals. Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties. Event changes such as performance lineup, timing adjustments, or minor weather changes that do not result in cancellation.
