GOLDEX EVENTS – TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to any Goldex Event through Computicket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase

1.1 All tickets are sold through Computicket, the official ticketing partner. 1.2 Tickets must be purchased from authorized platforms only. Goldex will not be liable for fraudulent or invalid tickets acquired through unauthorized resellers. 1.3 It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure that all ticket details are correct at the time of purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in the event that:

  • The event is cancelled, or

  • The event is postponed

2.2 In the case of a cancellation or postponement, refund procedures will be communicated through official Goldex and Computicket channels.

3. Event Changes

3.1 Goldex reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to:

  • Venue

  • Line-up

  • Event schedule

3.2 Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

4. Ticket Usage

4.1 Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated. 4.2 Tickets may not be duplicated, resold for commercial gain, or transferred in violation of applicable laws. 4.3 Entry may be denied if tickets are tampered with or deemed invalid.

5. Admission Rights

5.1 Goldex reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for:

  • Disorderly behavior

  • Non-compliance with event rules

  • Safety concerns

5.2 No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Liability

6.1 Attendees enter the event at their own risk. 6.2 Goldex shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  • Injury or harm sustained at the event, except where required by law

7. Force Majeure

7.1 Goldex shall not be held responsible for failure to host the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

8. Media & Photography

8.1 By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. 8.2 Goldex reserves the right to use such media for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Compliance

9.1 All attendees must comply with:

  • Venue rules

  • Security procedures

  • Applicable South African laws
