Get ready for the ultimate night of music The Fonque Fest Presents SYNC, a groundbreaking event taking place on June 16th. Experience the best of the best in music from some of the greatest young DJs from Stellenbosch, featuring a powerhouse lineup of performers, including Aydon Marcus, Caigo, SIP, Tsales, Tsels Dj, Micheal Sutton, DJ Snezo, Thozi, and Os-Tailor. The event is based on the Youth Day celebration. Youth Day, as it is popularly known, is a day in which South Africans honour the youth that was ambushed by the apartheid regime police in Soweto on 16 June 1976. On the day, over 500 young people, including school students, were killed. Today the youth of South Africa can come together and have fun irrespective of their race, language or culture.
