Thandiswa Mazwai is a South African singer, songwriter, and musician. She's known for her powerful, soulful voice and her blend of traditional and contemporary music styles.

Thandiswa rose to fame in the late 1990s as the lead vocalist of the South African band Bongo Maffin. After the group disbanded, she launched a successful solo career, releasing several critically acclaimed albums.

Thandiswa is widely regarded as one of South Africa's most talented and influential musicians, and has won numerous awards for her work, including multiple South African Music Awards
