Sunrise Excellence Awards Refund Policy (South African Context) Thank you for your interest in the Sunrise Excellence Awards, hosted by ABM Foundation. Please carefully read our strict no-refund policy below. 1. No Refunds: All Sales Are Final: Once tickets are purchased for the Sunrise Excellence Awards, they are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: Personal reasons or change of mind. Inability to attend the event for any reason. Event timing or scheduling conflicts. 2. Event Cancellation or Postponement: Postponement: If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued due to the postponement. Cancellation: In the rare event that the Sunrise Excellence Awards are canceled, ticket holders will be offered an alternative solution, such as access to a future event, but no refunds will be provided. 3. Ticket Transfers: Transferring Tickets: If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. This must be arranged by notifying ABM Foundation at least 72 hours before the event. The new ticket holder will be subject to the same no-refund policy. 4. COVID-19 Considerations: No Exceptions: Our no-refund policy remains in effect regardless of any COVID-19 related issues, including but not limited to illness, quarantine, or travel restrictions.
