TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entry Requirements

   • This is a strictly 18+ event. Valid identification may be required at the entrance.

   • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, event rules or venue requirements.

2. Tickets & Payments

   • Early Bird, General and VIP tickets are subject to availability.

   • Tickets must be presented at the entrance for verification.

   • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise determined by the organisers.

   • Lost, duplicated, altered or counterfeit tickets will not be accepted.

   • VIP access is available only to valid VIP ticket holders.

3. Event Changes

   • The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, performers, event schedule or venue arrangements.

   • If the event is postponed, cancelled or materially changed, ticket holders will be notified of the applicable arrangements.

4. Safety & Security

   • Fighting, violence, harassment, theft, vandalism and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.

   • Guests may be searched by authorised security personnel, subject to applicable law.

   • Weapons, illegal substances and dangerous items are prohibited.

   • Guests must comply with all reasonable instructions issued by event staff and security personnel.

5. Coolerboxes, Food & Drinks

   • Empty coolerboxes may be brought onto the premises free of charge, subject to venue rules and security checks.

   • Full coolerboxes are subject to the advertised R30 fee and require venue approval.

   • Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.

   • Outside drinks are not permitted on the premises.

   • Alcohol may be purchased, supplied and consumed only in accordance with South African law.

6. Photography & Recording

   • Photography and video recording may take place for event marketing and promotional purposes.

   • Guests who have concerns about appearing in promotional material should inform event staff.

7. Personal Belongings

   • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

   • The organisers and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended items, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Conduct & Removal

   • Any person who behaves dangerously or unlawfully, or who breaches these Terms & Conditions, may be removed from the event without a refund, subject to applicable law.

9. Right of Admission

   • The organisers and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest where there are reasonable safety, security or legal grounds to do so.

10. Acceptance of Terms

    • Purchasing or using a ticket, and entering the venue, constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
