TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Participation is open to all ages. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

2. Participants enter and take part in the event entirely at their own risk. The organisers, sponsors, partners, venue, volunteers, and affiliated organisations accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage, theft, accident, or death arising from participation.

3. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the event.

4. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

5. The organisers reserve the right to alter event routes, start times, activities, or programme details should circumstances require.

6. By entering the event, participants grant permission for photographs, videos, and media recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, fundraising, and reporting purposes without compensation.

7. Participants must follow all instructions provided by event officials, marshals, medical personnel, and venue representatives.

8. The event promotes inclusion, respect, and community participation. Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

9. The organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events.

10. By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
