ALBUM LAUNCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

- "Album" refers to [STRAWBERRY HILLS], the musical work created by [Rovain Emerald].

- "STRAWBERRY HILLS" album launch event.

- "Venue" refers to where the event will take place.

- "Attendee" refers to any person attending the event.

- "Organizer" refers to [Rovain Emerald or designated representatives, proudly sponsored by Bantu Kraal Emporium and ZAZA LEGACY WINES

2. TICKET SALES

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Ticket prices are as stated on the ticketing platform.

- Ticket sales are final and binding.

3. EVENT DETAILS

- Date: [07/12/24]

- Time: [12PM TILL 4PM, LATEST 5PM]

- Venue: [NEWTOWN JUNCTION, Bantu Kraal Emporium, Second floor,]

- Event schedule is subject to change without notice.

4. ADMISSION

- Attendees must present a valid ticket

- The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee.

5. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- The album and its contents are owned and copyrighted by Rovain Emerald .

- Recording, reproduction, or distribution of the album without permission is prohibited.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

• Feel free to take photographs

- Attendees grant permission for the organizer to use their likeness for promotional purposes.

7. LIABILITY

- The organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

- Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.

8. REFUNDS

- No refunds will be issued for cancelled or postponed events.

- In the event of cancellation, the organizer will provide a voucher for a future event.

9. GOVERNING LAW

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with South African law.
