Standerton Gospel Festival: Terms & Conditions

1. General Admission & Ticketing

• Validity: A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Each ticket is valid only for the date and time specified.

• Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a total cancellation by the organizers.

• Right of Admission: Organizers reserve the right of admission. Any person displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior will be escorted from the premises without a refund.

2. Entry & Safety

• Security Screening: For the safety of all patrons, security will conduct searches at the entrance. Weapons, illegal substances, and glass containers are strictly prohibited.

• Alcohol-Free Event: This is a family-oriented gospel event; no alcohol is permitted on site.

• Minors: Children must remain under the supervision of an adult at all times.

3. Parking & Vehicle Security

• Security Presence: We provide dedicated security personnel to monitor the parking areas for the duration of the event.

• Liability: Despite the presence of security, all vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. The organizers, venue, and security contractors are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings.

• Valuables: Please ensure your vehicle is locked and all valuables are kept out of sight.

4. Liability & Medical

• Assumption of Risk: Attendees enter the Standerton Showgrounds at their own risk. Organizers will not be held responsible for personal injury or loss of property.

• Medical Treatment: By attending, you consent to receive emergency medical treatment from on-site first aid staff if required.

5. Photography & Media

• Consent: By entering the festival, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional and broadcast purposes.

• Personal Use: Photography for personal social media is encouraged; however, professional recording equipment is only permitted for accredited media.
